The current document provides a summary of ACDE’s reflections on the creation of a fairer and more humane work culture suitable for the fourth industrial revolution.
The main objective of this reflection was to identify the key elements to be
included in such a culture and how to facilitate them. It begins with basic ideas on culture and work, and then highlights some tendencies of work culture in Uruguay.
The core of this refection revolves around the values that should be promoted, the role of the business leader and the company in the creation of work culture, and the objectives and ethical principles that they should be built upon.
